Our invigorating Kapha Dosha Inhalation Scent is hand-crafted with organically sourced spices, herbs, flowers and oils directly from Sri Lanka, extracted and infused according to Ancient Ayurvedic text. With 9 different herbs and spices, this warming scent is the perfect remedy to help stimulate Kapha energy, increase alertness and keep things moving.
Kapha Dosha benefits from right nostril breathing, inhaling the Kapha scented Nasal Inhaler through the right nostril and exhaling through the left. This creates a heating effect in the body. This is also a good technique for stimulating masculine energy.

Crafting Our Unique Nasal Inhalers
All of our scents are custom proprietary blends crafted with infusions of sacred herbs, flower and roots essence extracts as well as essential oils.
We use an ancient elemental alchemical process to fuse together our high-frequency, crystalized essences and a steam distillation extraction method to pull our in-house essential oils.
All of our essences are full moon-charged with different crystals and gemstones that carries with them - their own magical properties. We take advantage of the lunar tides + plant & planet affinities in our formulation process of crafting each scent.
The listed ingredients are the main essential oils only in each scent. Additional aromas/essential oils are not listed due to the nature of them being proprietary blends.

The aromatic potency of your Nasal Inhaler will typically last up to 3 months. We recommend replacement every 30 days depending on usage. Direct or extreme heat can change the structure of the formula so we recommend storing your inhaler in a cool and dry place to preserve the freshness.
Which Meak + Mati Scent is best for me?
When deciding on which scent to purchase, we recommend taking a moment to reflect on what it is most pressing for you at the time. What needs immediate attention? Start there and then move through additional scents as you gain awareness. Of course, if you are sensitive to scent - choose accordingly.
How often should I use my Meak + Mati inhaler?
We recommend using your inhaler as often as needed. There is no right or wrong way to manifest. We have found that combining breathwork with our Sacred Nasal Inhalation Scents can increase their effectiveness and help you achieve a heightened state of awareness.

We do not include any preservatives, solvents, parabens, nanomaterials, added fragrances, colorants or UV filters in our formulations. We also do not purchase any oils that include any of these disruptive additives.

We feed + nourish ourselves with the same quality ingredients we use in our products. Always organic, top-shelf, not cheap and clean. We believe heavily in clean consumption and integrity matters most. We also suffer from auto-immune dis-eases which is the foundation for our holistic lifestyle.
Our blends are proprietary and we do not plan on listing the nature of our formulations. We realize this will not be acceptable to some and we are ok with that. We value greatly the source of our formulas and will retain these trade-secrets in-house.
