We LOVE homemade elixirs and we are especially talented with healthy, easy to make meals that will keep your system positively charged. We eat clean and we keep things simple. We detox often and we consume collaborative herbs and supplements to maintain optimal health. We work with the energies of the seasons and we switch up our remedies often. We intuitively feed our mind, body and soul what it needs when it needs it. This is the interconnectedness that keeps us in a constant state of flow. We seek peace not perfection.
We were not always this way and one can say - we learned the hard way😉. So expertise is what we bring to the table through lessons learned, dis-ease and trial + error. We steer clear of perfection, influence and what's trending. We like it much better raw and living our truth.
